Verlangt o2 von mir ungerechterweise etwas?

Olá, bom dia, vocês estão me cobrando um valor pela internet a partir do dia 18 de setembro. até 05.10., e quando solicitei o cancelamento, você disse que o valor tinha que ser pago até 05.09. seria calculado conforme mostrado na foto. E daí? Qual o sentido de exigir de mim algo que não foi combinado ou discutido>

Hello, good morning, O2 is charging me the monthly internet fee from 09/18 to 10/05, and when I requested the cancellation, O2 said that it would be cancelled until 09/05. That date passed and they didn't cancel it, I left the country, and they kept the internet there (they confirmed that it would be cancelled on the 05). Now they are charging me for those extra days that they left at home (without my authorization). I sent several emails and until now they haven't solved my problem, but a month and a half has passed and now they put my diva, which was 25 euros, in a collection agency, now it is more than 65 euros, and I only didn't pay it because they didn't give me an answer. It wouldn't make sense for me to pay for something that wasn't agreed with me, I don't live in the country anymore so I can only solve it through the computer...

I tried to take a look but you are registered with an prospect account so that we cannot access your data from here.

Did you receive an answer to your emails, why your contract has not been cancelled on the date which was given in the confirmation of your cancellation?

Did you receive a written confirmation from us?

As already mentioned, we unfortunately do not have access to your customer data. Can you still register with your phone number? To which address did you send the emails you mentioned?
