I activated my Home Wifi with Fritz Box 6660 on 6th Oct 2021. My download speed is very good but my upload speed is worse. There is a huge difference.

Download speed: 100 Mbps

Upload speed: 6 Mbps

The support people told me that it will be like this the first day but it will be back to normal from next day. But the upload speed has never gone over 6 Mbps.

 

My video calls lag like crazy and it’s hard to work. I request someone to please look into it ASAP or someone who speaks English can call me and we can work this out over call if needed.

Die Tests wurden offensichtlich auf einem Smartphone, also per WLAN durchgeführt. Wie der Test zur selben Zeit per LAN-Kabel aussehen würde, ist daher unbekannt. Zudem könnte zum Zeitpunkt des Tests mehr als ein Gerät mit dem Router verbunden sein, wodurch der Test ebenfalls nicht die Anschlussgeschwindigkeit widerspiegeln würde.

Wenn ich auf meiner PS5 den Test mit getrennten Geräten durchführe, erhalte ich 0,35/0,90

Ja, ich möchte meinen Vertrag kostenfrei kündigen, da ich zu Hause kein Internet nutzen kann und bereits ein Techniker gekommen ist und mir gesagt hat, dass man da nichts machen kann
