Hi,

 

How can I upgrade my DSL plan O2 DSL Classic S to O2 my Home L?

How much will it cost monthly in comparison to my cost of €29,98 now?

Welcome to our o2 Community.

We love to assist you regarding your DSL Tariff upgrade. 

But first things first :-)

My system shows me you got an other mobile contract on a second customer account number. 

We can merge these two contracts and merge them on one customer account number.

The advantage is only one login for our o2online Selfcare website and you only receive one monthly invoice and

a transaction with a bank account that makes it much clearer for you to keep track of every bank account movement.

 

Sounds good, doesn’t it? :grinning: So if you are fine with it we would start with the merge, before were upgrade your DSL tariff.

If you change the tariff, you do not have to pay the connection fee of EUR 69.99.
