unstability of internet

For last 3 days, I dont have a stable internet both in mobile data and home internet(Homespot 5G). when I check live test to see if there is any disturbance in my area, all seems ok but in fact it’s not. I have internet for 5 min then half an hour no connection, then it comes back for some time then it goes again.

Someone has any suggestion why it would happen? Even sending this message took a lot of time

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You can and should use the LiveCheck to open a ticket for your issues, because as you said currently things look generally fine in terms of the nearby stations. There was one that had some work done on it yesterday, but since they issues seem to still exists, that was clearly not the cause for them.
