I see you have a HomeSpot contract here on installment plan. You cannot transfer this contract to another person. Therefore, please cancel this contract as already indicated by Bollermann. You will then have to pay off the remaining amount for the hardware in one lump sum. The my Home contract can be transferred to another person. Please try again via our portal. Did you do it via the app or via the portal (PC)? Please try it via another browser.

for the cancellation of the My Home contract (SIM-card) you can use our online cancellation form. Please make sure that you choose “Außerordentlich” (extraordinary) and “Umzug Ausland” as Kündigungsgrund (reason for termination). Please also provide a brief reason for the early termination. If you have any, please also upload documents for proof. If you don’t have any proof, I will take care of the cancellation then.
The hardware (Homespot 5G) is a separate contract of sale that is paid off in installments, extraordinary termination is not possible for these contracts. In this case, the statement that it can simply be sent back is unfortunately incorrect. I am sorry that you have been informed otherwise when you signed the contract. You can either continue the monthly installment payment or pay the entire remaining amount at once: Vorzeitige Abzahlung My Handy-Vertrag The Homespot then belongs to you and you can sell it, for example, if you no longer need it.
I will try to find another solution for you but I can’t promise because these sales contracts are binding.
