Terminate order before activation

I ordered O2 DSL month to month, but the activation date provided is too far in the future. I want to cancel my contract before it is even activated, however, there is no option to do so in myO2. How do i terminate before activation?

If the contract was not concluded on site but online/by telephone and you are still within the revocation period, you can fill in and sign the revocation form (Widerrufs­belehrung) and submit it. You received the form with the o2 order confirmation.

I am sorry to hear that the activatio ndate is turther in the future than you hoped it to be :-/
