from what I can see you went ahead and ordered a new contract, which as expected was caught as a duplicate for the same address, your old contract is currently also not yet cancelled. I’d again suggest, that you just let us make you an offer for your currently used contract instead of this switch.

tThe offer is really expensive!!… I think who are not using the O2 DSL now are getting the cheap rate… and using O2 DSL is kind of doing some crime … anyway, I am not going to accept the offer, but thank you so much...
