Hello I reported my Internet not working for 7 days and I was texted ticket code by sms please can anyone help on how I should used that to get the technical appointment?tanx

you should contact the technical department again tomorrow, maybe have someone there that can translate for you. If an appointment for a technician has to be made, then that is the easiest way for this.
