Does anyone know the phone number of o2 dsl technical support? My dsl line just died and I have no ways to ask for support from o2. All the numbers I have here just automatically told me that I must call o2 during work hours. It's not the first time and it's really annoying now.

Ok. It's really disgusting now. My internet died again since last Wednesday. The o2 box interface says there's something wrong: no connection between the modem and the network. I check everything possible, and all the wires are connected.
I called the damned troubleshooting number 0800 52 51 37 8 and the machine told me to call 089 78 79 79 400. So I called that number 3 times (2 last week, 1 call this morning). Every time I gave that answering machine my land line number, fed it "Störung". What I always get is a fancy instruction to check/reset router blah blah blah and ~40 minutes waiting without any actual person picking up the phone. Don't tell me to call back during work hours: I stayed home this morning to call these numbers during work hours already.
So, o2. Give me a damned number that I can call you for a minimum technical support when my internet is off. It's fucking annoying that the connection is unstable with repeated network outage within one year. It's fucking annoying that it's damn hard to get technical support when I did't get internet access since last Wednesday. How much patience do you expect from your customers?
Just give me a number that I can call for technical support!

This is really outrageous!
I have a problem with O2 My Dataspot Unlimited. My internet is dead since yesterday (the tower is dead) but there is no communication from O2 regarding this.
