Dear Community,

 

I have a 5G contract right now but I moved in recently and I am not satisfied with the reliability of the connection. I want to switch my contract to DSL and I saw that it was possible, so wanted to ask if anyone can help me through this process.

A technology change to a DSL tariff is definitely possible as part of a contract extension. Should we send you an offer for this by email?

Is it a single-family house or a multi-family house?
Is it the front or the back house?
Which floor?
Is the apartment entrance in the middle, left, or right?

Previous renter already had DSL connection so i dont think it should be any problem

I have arranged for the HomeSpot router to be replaced free of charge. You can return the old router to us free of charge at a later date using this link.

I'm very pleased that you liked the offer 🙂 It's about switching from your 5G contract to a DSL connection. The contract will remain in place but will be extended by 24 months and switched to DSL technology as desired.
