My address is XXXX + room number  ,Berlin ,but this auto-fill changes my address to XXXX +room number ,how to contact them to update to the correct address except to call them because l can not speak German language  ? l am in Canada ,just fire my room keeper in Berlin  ( i let her number to this O2 internet install ) ,i have to update to my Canada Mobile number too .can l get some help for those things ? will u text me by Whatsapp :+XXXXXX .Dank !

Hello@o2_Matze  your customer service whatsApp almost impossible for foreigners' l am living in Montreal ,l have to install this before l arrive this winter ,this means l will list this apartment for 4-5 months before l arrive ,but l have to install internet in this room .my number is a Canada number ,there is no Customer Service Email to resolve those issues ,even to call this Customer number from Oversea is impossible . all the Emails l received is non-reply email address .almost impossible to resolve any problems .

you can change your personal information in “Mein o2”. Just login with your contract-account and change the adress. Here is also a quick guide, which you might wanna translate, because its unfortunately in german only. 

About your phone number: do you wanna take it with you, or simply want to change it because you moved to Canada? 

If you got any further questions let us know. By the way, we also got an english hotline, which you can call. Scroll down to “Alle Kontaktmöglichkeiten im Überblick” click on “o2 Hotlines” and then on “o2 Service in English”, there you will find the number.

Please also stop posting your personal information like phone number here, it ist public 🙂
