Hi,

Although, there is o2 my Home M package in my house, I only have 15 Mbit Internet Speed. Moreover, I could not find anyone on the Hotline who can solve my Problem since I dont know any German. I do not want to make payment for such poor Quality of Internet Speed. It is obvious that there should be a Problem in the Connection but I am not the Person who should solve it.   

Please, please help me to solve this Problem.

unfortunately we have no possibility to open a trouble ticket right here. You may use our DSL Hilfe App and check your line with it. If there is a deeper problem the app creates a preliminary ticket with a phone number to the technical support.
