Hello,

For the past two days my 50 Mbps connection is working at only 0.5 Mbps download.
Has the download speed been reduced by O2?

at the moment your connection looks okay. The current download sync rate is 107,72 Mbit/s.  If you are still having problems, please check your connection with our DSL support app. It can also be switched to English language.

Hello Guilia,

I installed the DSL support app and ran the speed test. The app found the speed to be 21 Mbps.

It has created a case with number 771 805.

Can someone from your team take care of it?

Hello Michi,

I just ran the speed test again and this time it was ~48Mbps. I think now the speed has improved. I have not done any changes here. I guess something changed from your side which fixed the problem.
