yes, she means with it that it is an VF Router. Vodafone/VKD is the owner.

@o2_Marco Strange it should be a fritzbox with artikel# 2000 2910.

VF is not owner of router, but the previous owner had contract with them and he need to ask from VF for MAC to be released(unsubscribe it)

This is what i received from previous owner

"Ich habe jetzt mit 3x verschiedenen Mitarbeitern gesprochen, die mir beitecht haben, dass die Fritz Box nicht mehr hinterlegt ist. Erhöhen Sie es bitte bei o2 erneut. greifen kann ich leider nichts machen"

Enter CM-MAC again in Mein O2

Finally i success to change mac address on o2 portal. So how long i have to wait until activation

And what about activation, i am still without internet. Thanks btw

Ich bin gerade auf der Arbeit und habe heute Morgen meinen Router überprüft und hatte immer noch kein Internet. Kann jemand bestätigen, dass mit dem Router und der MAC-Adresse alles ok ist

I still don't have Internet. Just finished conversation with some lady in o2 and she raised a ticket about my issue but she put dsl in it even i have xxl cable connection. I am coming from Bosnia and my humble opinion is that internet providers there are more supportive than here. So so disappointed 😞
