Hello. On November 29, on the o2 website, I applied for a DSL Internet connection with the desired date of December 20. On the same day I received a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail. On December 2, I received an email with Auftragsnummer CINAo2N18141777B (On December 3, I also received an SMS to my phone number with the same content (except for the order number):


After that, I received an email asking me to verify my email addres:


I confirmed the address, received a confirmation email:


Next, I successfully logged into the system and checked the status of my order.

Today I wanted to do it again and got a message that the system cannot find a user with that name. I tried email and phone with the same result.

After that, I registered on the site again. In my personal account, I have no information, only this error:

How can I find information about my order?

The preemptive Login for DSL contracts has always been a bit finicky at the best of times, in your case I do think the issue is elsewhere. Your order was close, as the technical circumstances do not allow us to provide you with the contract that you asked for. The respective department tried to reach you at the start of December without any success. If at all possible please contact the hotline so that you can be connected to the activation department to talk about possible alternatives, depending upon how you feel about your german skills, maybe bring someone along that could translate for you. If you have further questions, feel free to ask here of course.
