Router return after missing deadline

Hi,

I still have my router after cancelling my DSL contract. I missed the dealine for sending it back and have been charged for the router. 

Can I still send it back? And will I then get the charged amount back?

Please use our return portal to return your router: http://g.o2.de/GAF Here you can also print out a return label or download a mobile package label as a QR code. The return shipment is done with DHL and is free of charge. The charge will be returned to your account. Please note the device has to be returned within 3 months after the charge. If it is returned later, there will be no refund.
