router return

In October, I ceased to be a customer of O2 Germany. I immediately returned to my router via a label from the O2 website. on the 3rd of December I received an email saying that I was being charged for none return of router. I have now contacted O2 3 times by telephone and proved that it was returned and I wish for my money to be refunded,to date this has not happened and I have received no notification that this is being actioned. Please Advise as my way forward now.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the unjustified charges for your router.

I've checked with our logistics team to find out why there was a delay in your refund and requested that it be processed more quickly.

I'll let you know again once I've received a response.

Please note that we'll be operating with reduced staffing levels over the holidays.
