Return of HomeSpot router (2020)

Hello o2 community!

I have a question regarding the return of my HomeSpot router (2020). I have cancelled the contract with o2 after two years of using the service. However, when I try to register the router for return, I cannot access either the Logistic Portal as it doesn't recognize my Auftragsnummer and the other website does not recognize my device's serial number.

How can I return the device as I won't be using it anymore?

Hallo @Santek ,

I checked and your HomeSpot unit was not a rental, but one that you bought. The last installment for it was paid by you on the 12th of October, as such you do not need to return the HomeSpot router, that one is yours.

Kind regards, Sven

Only devices rented on an o2 my Home tariff from o2 can be returned. To do this, use the returns portal for "Internet at home devices"

The serial number ("SN") is located on the sticker on the underside of the unit and must be entered including the leading letter. Please use a PC/notebook with a current web browser such as Google Chrome to access the returns portal.

Order confirmation and invoice. If the device is rented, you will be invoiced for the rent each month (o2 my Home invoice).
