REFUND

hello > two weeks ago o2 requested to return my router > and they told me whenever they got it they will refund me witch is didnt happend until now im waiting the refund> i sent an email many times to be sure they will refund me and they said wait they are going to refund me soon ,until now i didnt get it and there is no clue when they going to. this is taking a long time im a fraid that they are not going to because the request date will be expired or something HELP please

It’s not out of the ordinary, that the processing of a returned router and the refund takes some time. I wouldn’t worry about this, have you received a confirmation that your hardware arrived at the logistical department after you returned it?

hello , thanks for replaying , yes it confirmed  two weeks ago and still no responding about the refund  still waiting  help me please thank you very much
