Hello,

Once again I am experiencing problems with my DSL. And once again, I get absolutely ZERO help from O2. A technician was supposed to fix the problem yesterday and I was meant to receive an SMS saying it was fixed. 5 hours later, nothing so I called back and didn't get any new information except it wasn't fixed yet, sorry.

The red info light is on on my homebox 6641. I have done three resets and even tried a different router but the same light comes up.

Can anyone help me?? Is there a PIN I need to enter? I have tried logging on to 192.168.1.1 but the site is no longer available??

I need wifi for work and am now behind and of course I do not expect this to be fixed my O2. My German speaking skills are minimal as I am only in A1 and as soon as I don't speak German with them they either hang up if I am lucky, I may get transferred to an English speaker but that's only happened a couple times now.

I am beyond frustrated, any ideas anyone???

have you ever tried it with https:///docs/DOC-2855.

first make a https:///docs/DOC-2855#4 please.

Please then perform the https:///docs/DOC-2855#3.

For the setup please first use a LAN connection. later you can still set up the wireless network always.

describe exactly where in the set up then an error occurs and what error message appears on your PC.

my English is not good, so I have the Google translator used for translating

greetings from a o2 user
