Problem with opening O2 startseite

Hello,

I have just completed the cable route and activated it through the My Service app, but I am unable to access the O2 start page as instructed. What to do? Could you please provide me with the correct link in case I am not accessing the right page?

Is the contract already activated?


It is not yet active, but the letter I received from O2 states that the O2 startseite should be visible in the browser, and if not, to contact Kundenbetreuung.
