I would also like to change the name of the contract
Did you get married or why did your name change?
If letter post has not arrived for you, it is possible that the address you gave o2 is incorrect or that the name of the recipient is not on the front door and mailbox.
Thank you for answering. No, I would like to change it because I am moving away but my housemate is staying and would like to take over. And the address is right, because I have received many letters from O2, but not the kundenzahl...
Okay, then it's not a name change, it's a contract holder change (German: Vertragsinhaberwechsel). According to the o2 price list 29,99 EUR will be charged for this. The order must be placed via "Mein o2". Special conditions and discounts are not transferred to the new contract holder. If you have received a router from o2, you must hand it over to the new contract holder.
Since you seem to have forgotten your password for "Mein o2" as well as your PKK, I would recommend waiting here for an o2 moderator.

Hello @Laurahs and welcome to our o2 community :-)
As far as I can see you already reciebed an answer from my collleague in your other thread regarding this question. Did the answer that you recieved there and the tipps you recieved from @blablup help you? Or are there any questions left where we might help with? :-)
Regards,
Lars
Hello, I had my contract transferred to my roommate’s name. It was confirmed yesterday, but since then there is no connection at home. Is there something that needs to be done?
We really need it for work.
Thank you
Hello @Laurahs,
if the contract and the connection is transfered to a new contract partner it is necessary to reset the router that was usage with the “old” connection to factory default and enter the credentials the new contract partner should have already recieved by then.
If the connection is still not working after this, I recommend to get in touch with our technical DSL departmenent so they can have a look into this.
How does it look now? Is it working as it should? Or are there still some issues left?
Regards,
Lars
