Hello, I am currently in Spain for the situation, and I need to enter my O2 website for some transactions, and it is not letting me. It says I put the password wrong many times, I don’t have my Kundenzahl here, and I have requested it three times in two months and it has not arrived in post (my housemate is there). I would also like to change the name of the contract, is it possible to talk to anyone in english about this?

welcome to our community. We already sent the PKK in June 2019. Did you move or is your name missing on the postbox? We can resend it but it is not allowed to use a c/o for this. 

You can change the contract owner of your DSL contract. Check: Vertragsinhaberwechsel

and fill in the form online.
