The Power/Cable Button on my FritzBox 6660 is blinking and will not connect. I have attempted to restart several times and waited for a long time, but it still doesn’t connect. the FritzBox FAQ says that I should contact the cable and internet provider, but O2 doesn’t speak English on their helpline. Please help!

I assume your cable internet was already working, right? If there is an issue with the connection and it drops all of a sudden I recommend getting in touch with our technical departement. You can reach it either via phone, if you don’t speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not prmoise that you will reach an english speaking agent, or you can use the contact via WhatsApp regarding this issue. Most of the times you will find an english speaking… well… writing person. :-)
