Hello,

i have  a little problem.

I am waiting for O2 to install the dsl cable to my flat.

I have used as contact number for the day dsl cable phisical installation my italian number (prefix +39).

I have not a german sim card.

 

How can i change this in profile status (it’s green box and i cannot change it) to be sure that thecnician will find me on site the day of activation ?

 

The O2 registration form don’t permit to add other that a germanish phone number.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

The phone number if correct shouldn’t be an issue. The far more important thing is that the doorbell and the mailbox already have your correct name on them, if these are properly labled, then the technician won’t even need to make any phone calls.
