Persönlichen Registrierungslink nicht erhalten / Personal registration link not received

The personal registration link was not sent to me so I cannot login to my O2

Welcome to our o2 community.

I'm assuming you're talking about the pre-registration link you get after ordering the DSL contract, right?

Have you received any type of email from us or have you received nothing in the past few days? If so, have you checked the spam folder?

I gave the wrong email when I went to the O2 store to sign up, and then had to go back and ask to update to the right one. But that first pre-registration link was never sent. I am receiving emails from O2 so I know that information has been updated.

the emails were already sent again to the correct adress after your email was changed on June 2nd. Do you need these emails once more? With this early login you can only see the current status of your activation. This is the same information that you also receive by email.

 

The final registration to “Mein o2” is only possible after your dsl has been activated. Then you can see all details to your contract including invoice and so on. Please find more information here.
