Hi there,

I placed an order last Friday for flex cable internet. I received two emails afterwards. The first containing a link to confirm my email address. This link did not work when I clicked it. The second contained an order reference number and a link to check order status. However the given order reference number does not fit in the box on the order status page.

 

Basically I am wondering what my order status is and if my order has been confirmed?

Usually you get all information by email as soon as possible. Did you check the spamfolder?

I actually received three emails when I placed the order. An email detailing my order and then an email with a link to verify my email but the link did not work and finally an email with a reference number and an order status link but the reference number did not fit in the box on the linked page. There is no email in my spam folder. 
 

Is there a way for me to get another link to verify my email or check my order status? I have not received any indication of when the router might arrive or any confirmation that the order is being processed.

okay, I checked this matter for you. The order was cancelled due to technical reasons. As far as I can see a crucial information was missing in your address namely the location of the TAE.

Especially for orders in our capital city we need to know if the address is a front or back house and if your flat is in a side wing. My colleagues tried to call you to get these details for continuing the process but there was no callback number given. So they send you a rejection by post. 

You may now order the contract again but please remember the missing information. The link is useless and cannot be reactivated. You will get a new one later.
