Hello, i order o2 cable internet online (monthly contract) but the internet connection will be arrive or get activated only after 1 month, which will be on 5th of July, 2021. This is very late for me. How can I cancel the order without any penalty or money deduction from my account.

I have written an email for the revocation. After 3 days, I have received an email saying that the revocation request has been sent to appropriate teams to handle.
I had ordered the cable internet on 2nd of June and sent the revocation request on 13th of June. I have not received any device yet, nor any letters as well.
Will I be charged for this?

if you already recieved a confirmation that your revocatio nrequest has been sent to an appropriate team it means that it arrived in time and that this team will take all necessary steps to cancel your order prior to any delivery :-)
There will be no charges.
