Hi anyone reading this,
I ordered a Homespot M100 Flex view the helpline. I recieved an order confirmation with a tracking number. But whenever I go to the o2 Meine Bestellungen page, I am told the numnber is to short for tracking and when I go to DHL for exemple, its not working there.
Is this intended? And would it be possible to know as to when it would arrive (I was told on the phone 1 to 2 business days)?

That's really unusual, when exactly did you order?

Is the number that your received the DHL tracking number? If it's too short, there may be an error.

Hi Giulia,

I placed the order on the 12th of November (yesterday).
On the order confirmation email it says:

Ihre Auftragsnummer lautet: ##########. Bitte geben Sie diese Nummer bei Fragen zu Ihrer Bestellung immer mit an.

I assumed the number was for the o2 tracking website and not DHL (I still looked in DHL for verification).

The order number given is 10 numbers long and not 11 long which is required on the o2 order tracking service and non-existent on the DHL website.

I guess it would be smart of me to call later today to ensure this is fine.
