Order cancellation


Hello, last Friday I’ve called the customer service to request a cancellation of my o2 dsl order, and the operator told me that the cancellation request was received. However, as today I can still login into Mein o2 (I have no other o2 active contracts) and the order is still there, not canceled.

Could someone please check this or tell me what else I have to do to ensure my order gets canceled in time?

Hi @Bobis ,

 

the cancellation requests can take a bit longer, depending on how far the activation progress is. Have you also requested the cancellation via mail or letter, or just by phone?

We can’t take a look at your contract just yet, because we can’t associate o2 Accounts, which have been created for the DSL-Status, with contracts. We’ll gladly switch to personal messages in order to exchange the neccessary data. Please let us know, if you wan’t us top open a channel.
