Offer to extend my DSL contract

Hi O2 team!

Two years ago I used your help to change my DSL tariff:
 


Now I am looking for a new offer as my old promotion will end soon (spätester Kündigungstermin 19.07.2022).


I tried to use online options to select new contract, but it either offers me LTE/5G connection (I see no need for it as my DSL connection works very well), or I need to pay “einmaliger Anschlusspreis 34.99”, which seems weird as connection is already there.

Could you maybe give me some custom offer?

Could you please go a bit more into detail, so that my colleagues know what you prefer?

Are you still satisfied with your DSL Tariff and hardware so that there is no need for a change and your only wish is to get a new discount, or do you want to up or downgrade your DSL Contract? 

With that info we can create an offer you can’t refuse 😄

Hey, thank you for quick reaction. I would like to have faster internet but from technical availability check I see that my current offer (100Mbit/s) is already fastest possible. If there would be possibility to have faster internet then I would love to get it.

I was considering better FritzBox (like 7590), but it is not that much better than my current and already one-time-paid FritzBox 7490. It seems that new discount is all that I can really hope for.

Hi @o2_Andrea, I reviewed new offer, but I was not convinced by it.

Up until now I was paying 32,49. If I do nothing I will pay ~34,99 and have ability to cancel any time. If I would use new promotion offer, I would have to pay 9,99 one time +  40,98 each month + return current already paid FritzBox 7490 to monthly rent FritzBox 7590 + commit myself for next 2 years

Maybe if FritzBox 7490 would be a bad router I could consider it, but it’s great.
