O2HomeM 100 router

Hi, I had ordered O2Home M 100 internet, which was activated today. I received an Email asking to connect my Router. But the router has not arrived yet. I also did not receive any information on tracking number. I tried calling the English customer service. After waiting for 15 mins, the call got automatically cut. Who should I contact now?

The router should already have been delivered to you.
I saw that our colleagues on the hotline ordered a new one yesterday.

@o2_Solveig  Thank you so much. Yes your colleague was very helpful yesterday. I hope I will receive a tracking number when it is shipped, so I can be present to collect it.

@keer123 Yes, as soon as the package is shipped to you, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you won't have to wait much longer 😊

@o2_Kathi I have not received the Router or the tracking number yet. The colleague on the hotline said I will receive the router in 3 business days. So I should have received it today. Is it possible to check the status for me please?

that is not so nice that your router has not been sent to you.

I have informed the colleagues from our responsible department to finish the activation of your connection, which apparently is lagging in our system, so that the router will be sent to you.
