o2 website not working properly

I am trying to access to my personal area in o2 but every page is reconnected to the Community page.

Hello @karencarlin,

 

if you want to login into “Mein o2”, you have a different access than to the community. Normally, your username is your mobile or landline number. Have your already registered your number?

Hi Giulia, yes i registred my number and i was able to access in the past. however now the link that you provided, automatically send me to this community forum.

Hi @karencarlin

 

I have checked your DSL login to your personal contract details and it is not the landline number. You chose a username. Please make sure that the community is logged out completely. Then go “Meino2” it should work.
