o2 router keeps restarting

Hi, my o2 router keeps restarting every 30 minutes. Or sometimes it works fine for a few hours, and then begin to restart now and then again. Or maybe it isn’t restarting but it only looks like restarting: wifi disappears, all the lights go off, the power light blinks, and then it takes about 3 minute to restore the connection.

My question: can the problem be in the line itself — or is it 100% hardware problem and I should repair/change the router?

@pishihod2 if you get a replacement router, you must send back for free the defect router over o2 return portal.

If not, you will have to pay a fine.

@pishihod2 Please call the hotline (English) and ask for an exchange router to be sent.  Describe the defect to them.

Please let an update here. Thanks.
