Dear All,

My customer number is XXXX and I had a contract with o2 for Internet for 24 months but I see that it has been deactivated now and it's just been 16 months. Can you please assist me on what is to be done here and when my Internet will be reactivated.

Thank you for posting here, but please do not post personal information in a public forum. 

What type of connection is it and what tariff do you have? Where did you see that the contract was terminated and what is the reason given?

We are unable to connect to our Internet since yesterday and when I checked mein o2 app it said it is deactivated.

 

My tariff details is "o2 my home L ". Appreciate your assistance as we are in bit of a pickle and unable to connect to Internet.

Hello @Gangothri ,

you should have received a letter concerning this back in May already. The line owner that you were using for internet had to stop providing for your area starting from the end of June. That’s why the contract was deactivated, you could make a new contract that then uses a different technology to connect to the internet, but cable isn’t avaiable any longer at your address.
