My current O2 Homespot contract is ending on the 15th of October 2023. As I understand it, I am able to keep running the contract and paying the fees monthly. However, I just received a letter from O2 that says they will terminating my service on 30.11.2023. Is there no way to continue the service and paying monthly for it?
Do I need to contact the Hotline to get this rectified?
