Hi,

My current O2 Homespot contract is ending on the 15th of October 2023. As I understand it, I am able to keep running the contract and paying the fees monthly. However, I just received a letter from O2 that says they will terminating my service on 30.11.2023. Is there no way to continue the service and paying monthly for it?

Do I need to contact the Hotline to get this rectified?

Can I perform a contract extension?


@JustinL72 I am afraid that you are one of the frequent users who no longer fits into the o2 business model or your BTS narrowing has high utilization. I'm afraid you won't get a new offer for one new my Home LTE.

@JustinL72 I'm afraid not. An o2 moderator with insight into your customer data will certainly give you an answer in the next few days.

DSL or cable is not suitable for your adress?


@Joe Doe It was the most convenient option when I moved into this apartment. I haven't explored the option for DSL or Kabel. I have an outlet here that seems to be for telephone line. Could you tell me if it's compatible for DSL or Kabel?

 

 


@JustinL72 This TAE connector for V(DSL). Check your address if VDSL possible and max speed.
