O2 homespot LTE showing red sign

I am having trouble with my O2 homespot from last months , I have tried multiple restarts and resets but nothing happened. On top of that, I am unable to register in my O2 account because i never recived PIN and i also have changed my address. please help out how to fix this out.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

If you are using the homespot at a new adress, it is likely not to work. The My Home tarif is meant to be used at one adress only, like a common landline contract.

If you have moved, the usage address needs to be changed. Our customer service staff will be happy to help you; there is also an English-speaking hotline.
