Hallo. 

My O2 homebox is suddenly not working. 
The LED of WLAN and DSL is stably lighted blue, but, LED of Internet still binlking with Red light. 
I already tried Reset Process but it was not worked. 
Is there any good solutions to fix this?

If only the lamp for internet is blinking red it means that you have to enter the the login data again which you received from us via letter or e-mail.

Please try to enter this access data after entering o2.box or 192.168.1.1 in the address field of your browser. Please click “weiter” and follow the instructions displayed.

I tried to push the button of Weiter, 

but it didn’t worked, Because the Status der Erkennung des Zugangsnetzes said that Das Netz wurde nicht erfolgreich erkannt I guess… 
Is there any network problem occurred in Berlin, Charlottenburg?

I see that your address is affected by a disturbance of landline/broadband conenctions in your area, which is in the process of being resolved.

Also your connection is already registered as being affected.

I hope the disturbance is going to be resolved as quick as possible.
