O2 DSL upgrade

Hello! I recently started a contract with O2 My Home S. We have since realized that we would prefer to upgrade to O2 My Home M, would this be possible? My German is not so good, so I thought it would be easier to ask for help here rather than the hotline. For your additional information, we plan to keep our current personal router.

    Hi @Bennigan,

     

    welcome to our community. A change is possible but pls be aware of losing your discount with immediate effect. So the new tariff has a basic charge of 29,99 EUR each month. Maybe another option is a pack called “DSL Upgrade 100 GB”. It is charged with 4,99 EUR/month and can be cancelled within 30 days. So with this package you get 400 GB instead of 300 GB.

    Hello @o2_Manga,

    Sorry, I apparently posted this inquiry twice and was answered by @o2_Giulia previously: https://hilfe.o2online.de/english-o2-community-broadband-dsl-70/o2-dsl-upgrade-532564 . I have accepted the deal that she has offered, but I am still waiting for confirmation from O2?
