Hello @Bennigan,
sorry for my late reply. You can of course change your tarif any time, however you would lose the discount that was granted (10 EUR/month for one year) and the term of 2 years beginns again. The o2 My home M would then be charged with 24,99 EUR. The 5 EUR discount (Kombivorteil) would stay. If you agree, please let us know and we will order the tarif change for you.
Pursuant to the decree of transparency I need to inform you about our tariff leaflets which you can download here: http://g.o2.de/travo. There you'll find all details of the product listed.
Kind regards
Giulia
Hello Giulia,
Thanks for the reply, and no problem. Yes those terms are acceptable, please feel free to go ahead and order the tariff change. Let me know if there is any other information you need, I appreciate the help.
Best,
Ben

Hello Giulia, is there anything else I need to do to enact this change?
Ben
Hello @Bennigan,

Hello @Bennigan,
thank you for you private message, your guess regarding your “Kundenkennzahl” was right :-)
I ordered the tariff change to the o2 my Home M, it will take place to the next possible date which will be around the middle of June. You will recieve further information regarding the tariff change via email.
If there are questions left or if there is anything left where we should shed some light on, feel free to ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)
Regards,
Lars
@o2_Lars
Great,
Thanks for the help Lars, I appreciate it. I have received the email information about the tariff change in June.
One thing I noticed, is that since this tariff change took place, my “mein 02” page now says that I have a monthly allotment of 0 GB. I assume this is in error as the internet seems to be working fine so far, but just wanted to check to make sure this is not an issue?
Thanks,
Ben
Hello @Bennigan,
if the change of the tariff takes place in June you will still have the conditions of the o2 my Home S in effect. Since you have 100GByte that you can use with the maximum speed of the contract it is possible that the 100GByte already have been used so the maximum speed may be throttled down. The connection itself will still be working but the maximum speed is lowered for the rest of the billing peroid. .
Regards,
Lars
