Hi, 

I am contacting you regarding my DSL contract. Currently i have left Germany and I have already returned the o2 router device and yet i have not received any confirmation of cancellation. Yet it is still active and the amount is being deducted every month. When i contacted the o2 shop via my friend in germany. They say that my account is not being found even if the details or credentials are provided. Can anyone solve this? O2 services? Please solve this as i do not want any unnecessary deductions from the account.

Is there a possibility of refunding the amount as i have already submitted the cancellation form and also the  router. Please solve this as i cannot come back to Germany just to solve this.

I would really appreciate if the confirmation and cancellation of the DSL contract can be handled on this platform as early as possible.

Hi, Is anybody from O2 service center working on this? Kindly respond as i have received another deduction of the monthly amount for DSL connection. Why is it so? I have returned the router 2 months back and still it says it is under process? Do O2 people take this long for providing assistance to their customers? What service is this? 

Kindly respond. The O2 service people who would read this request. Please work on this and refund the amount.

Thanks to @fritz04 for assisting you first. 

I checked your contract. It is still active and there is no cancellation request shown. But you are lucky because it has a 30 days cancellation period. Please note

If you send us all requested documents of leaving the country we will stop the line and refund the basic charges since you’ve been gone.

Dear O2,

two weeks ago I sent (via fax) the cancellation letter for the DSL O2 contract. I gentle ask to let me know and confirm if the contract is now formally closed (please write/contact me at my private email), since I’m not leaving in Germany, anymore.

If you send a cancelation you should recieve an answer within a short period of time. As long as the contact email address is still valid you should recieve all necessary information also via email :-)

many thanks for your reply. The email contact is of course still valid (I confirm it several days ago), but I still havent’ receive any confirmation. Is it possible to speed up this step?
