I am contacting you regarding my DSL contract. Currently i have left Germany and I have already returned the o2 router device and yet i have not received any confirmation of cancellation. Yet it is still active and the amount is being deducted every month. When i contacted the o2 shop via my friend in germany. They say that my account is not being found even if the details or credentials are provided. Can anyone solve this? O2 services? Please solve this as i do not want any unnecessary deductions from the account.
Is there a possibility of refunding the amount as i have already submitted the cancellation form and also the router. Please solve this as i cannot come back to Germany just to solve this.
I would really appreciate if the confirmation and cancellation of the DSL contract can be handled on this platform as early as possible.
