O2 DSL Connection Termination

Hi, I want to terminate my dsl connection because the package is too expensive for me. I can not speak German. So, I am afraid of calling to the customer care. I tried to terminate via O2 app and it doesn't work. Can anybody from O2 help me to do it? If you are calling me please remember I can only speak in English.

According to the contractual regulation, any termination must be made in text form. o2 accepts letters and faxes. If you wish, you can use the cancellation form for this purpose. Please complete, sign and send it to the address given on the form. Nobody will call you.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't find my pin code in contract paper to terminate. Will it be a problem?

As you can read in the cancellation form, there is no field in which the PKK must be provided.
