Hello o2,

i ordered new DSL internet for my flat yesterday and got a call from customer service for confirming today however the lady on a phone only spoke and could not carry my conversation for confirming my order status. could you help me to get the confirmation and schedule for a visit soon(for the router installing)? would be great to talk to someone in english since i am new in germany and speak no german yet. Let me know as soon as possible.
