No internet in wifi (Kabel) after the activation date. New Customer.

So, I bought a new wifi with Kabel connection. The activation date was the day before yesterday. Got mails about the activation and everything but still the internet is not accessible. I tried everything from rebooting the router to hard resetting it, removing and rejoining the cable but nothing seems to work. I contacted the customer care 2 times. 1st time they said there was a problem from their side and the second time they said there was a problem from my side and that technician team will contact me. This is really frustrating. Have anyone gone through a situation like me? if yes, then do let me know how it got fixed and how much time did it take? 

All the help and answers are appreciated.

Which router do you use? An own or rented one?

@5G_Tester Hi, Thank you for the quick reply again but we already talked on another thread. I tried rebooting hard resetting, the router is from O2 and they already have the correct MAC address. It still doesn't seem to work I dont know why.

For the problem solving:

You should call the “Störungshotline” (0800 5251378) and report that you do not have a connection. Maybe you have a friend who speaks German and call for you.

But first, you can try the “O2 my service app”.

Have you done a factory default reset on the router?

Sometimes it is useful to get the router run.

What is the power/cable LED doing?

@5G_Tester thanks, I have already called them they have created a ticket and said that technical team will contact me. Maybe only an technician can fix this.

Unforunately you have to wait until the technician will repair it. 

If you have a contract for mobile internet with O2, you can get mobile data for free.
