Hi Team,

we dont have internet from last Thursday morning, it went off suddenly and since then it is not working, we tried to call the customer care no response it always goes to automated voice message. the WLAN, Power lights are coming but rest of the other lights are off, it is a DSL router we tried unplug and re-plug the router cable and power cable but no luck, we restarted the router as well many times no luck, and when we also contacted nearest O2 store they told they have issues and cannot provide any info and always give the reason that it will take few days. i need to do home office and it is really bad service that no one even responds in the customer care to register the complaint, please help.

sorry for my late reply. If the problem still exists, please call our technical support. You will find the free hotline number in step 3. Our DSL help app can also assist you with connection problems. It can be switched to English language as well.
