Toady I suddenly couldn’t connect to Internet. The I found the DSL light is off. I restarted router but it useless. I checked the cable and it connected well. Can someone tell me what’s the problem?

How can I get technology support in English?


Some English-speaking staff should be available Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm. Otherwise, it is advisable to ask a German-speaking friend for help if you do not speak the local language yourself.

I am sorry to hear that the DSL connection is failing again :-/

If resetting the router does not help this time contacting our technical DSL team ist the best solution. You may also have a look into our o2 my Service App

If you do not speak any german and are not able to reach a german speaking friend you may also try to contact us via WhatsApp since we also offer technical DSL support via this channel.
