No internet after contract transfer


Hello, after handing over the contract to a new tenant, the internet is not working (it’s been 24 after confirmed contract transfer). After resetting the Infos red constantly and if I check the o2.box it shows me the following message.

What should I do to get the internet connection working?

Do you got any update for us regarding your DSL connection?

My system tells me you are online and everything is fine, can you confirm that?
