No internet activation since 7 weeks

I registered for an “Umzug” and I got my first techniker appointment after 3 weeks on the 01.12. Then this appointment got canceled and I got a new appointment on the 18.12. And this time they said that no techniker is needed for the activation. Today, on the 19.12, they sent a techniker and he said I will have my internet afternoon and I still have no internet. Noone informs me about the problem. In the mean time I am still paying for my internet of course. Horrible communication, noone really knows anything. I will not stop chasing my rights and will do anything legally and further my complaint to the authorities.

I am sorry that the connection is not working yet.
Our colleagues on the hotline have already reported the issue to the technical department.
The technician will now report back to us with the results, and our technical department will then take care of it.
I will keep my fingers crossed that it does not take too long.

Dear Solveig, 

I explained the problem and that I still see another operators login page when I connect to my internet. The technician did not have a look at all. He only saw the page that I am seeing and will report you the same. What I do not understand is, noone is informing me about the problem. I am already in touch with the Bundesnetzagentur as well as the Verbraucherzentrale. 

If this issue as I explained would have been solved, the technicians would do it. Either this is not solvable at the moment or noone is really looking into it.

If the problem is not solved today I will look into different service providers apart from the O2.
