HI , since Wedensday I have no Internet at home. 

I could contact the O2 Hotline on Thursday,  they sent me a new retour,  that arrivrd on Saturday .

I try to install it ,with the help of the APP and o2.box and both failed. 

 

I contacted again O2 Hotline on Saturday,  they got my number and said they will give it to someone who will contact me.

 

They said I will also recive a SMS, which I didn't. 

 

I need help,  I do Homeoffice , i do online workshops after work, so my life is strongly dependent on Internet.

what kind of message do you get from the homebox? Are you able to enter the VoIP PIN to the HomeBox?

Is DSL LED green and Internet Red?

 


Internet LED is off.

DSL LED is blinking slowly green.

 

In the O2.box page i got a message that the wiring is not connected,  while it is connected. 

Let me try to add a picture in next message. 


 


@Meisam83 than I think you have a problem with you DSL lane.

I think O2 is working on solving the problem, that's the reason why you have no SMS still.


How long Usually it takes till i get the support/problem solved?

Today i got a SMS that they send my case to the field service .


Depends on the Problem. 2 to 3 Working days I would think. 


Hi, this is the SMS i got. Should i wait , I click on the link and a page is opened and i give the code of where i live and i see they mention what is in the second picture.  i cannot do anything else.  I know you mentioned it takes 2 or 3 days, But with this Homeoffice thing, i cannot really be patient.

i called them today and they said i have made an appointment for Thursday .  I have never done it, but i am happy that this appointment exists and i said i will keep it.

i have checked in the website, in My O2 and everywhere. I did not find how someone can make online appointment. 

also if i did not call them, i would not understand that this appointment exists. is there any place on the website or on my O2 that i can see the appointment online ?  That will help me a lot  to understand what is happening.

 

i am patient, but also I have customers and projects that depending on me, so this 1 , 2 , 3 days also cost my work.
