No information about delivery

Hello i ordered o2 my home M i got 3 mails but none have information about the SIM card delivery and  payment. I tried checking my order via https://www.o2online.de/vt-order-status/bestellstatus but i got error Diese Funktion steht zur Zeit nicht zur Verfügung. Can someone tell me how long it will take for the simcard to arrive? Did i miss some steps during while ordering? I created my order 03.07.2022.
